- Strong telephone manner
- Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused
- CRM or telephony system experience (desirable)
- SQL, reporting tools, or XML knowledge (desirable)
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Aircall (a plus)
Responsibilities
- Triage inbound support tickets and route to the correct technical teams
- Answer inbound customer calls and direct enquiries appropriately
- Provide clear, professional customer communication
- Log and document customer interactions accurately
- Support customers with general software-related queries
Description

Our role is customer-focused, ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for technology.
