Requirements
Must:

- Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
- Must understand the concept of internal customers and ensure that internal stakeholders remain confident in the ability of Proclaim to suit the needs of the business.
- Programming experience/qualification or equivalent academic qualification (desired).
- General understanding of common database programming and query languages (desired).
- Working with data in software such as Microsoft Excel (desired).
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and day-to-day administration of the Proclaim case management system.
- Work with our Development Manager and other developers to ensure efficient integration of system improvements.
- Develop and modify the Proclaim case management system based on business needs using coding and developer tools.
- Provide daily support to users of the Proclaim system with any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with the IT and Operations departments to ensure smooth operation of the system.
- Document planned and completed work clearly.
- Perform maintenance tasks outside of core hours when required, demonstrating flexibility as needed.
