Proclaim Developer

- General understanding of common database programming and query languages. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective communication skills to report on a non-technical level to senior stakeholders. - Ability to document and evidence planned changes using project and workflow documentation. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Understanding of internal customers to ensure confidence in Proclaims capabilities. - Strong negotiation skills to manage projects with external companies effectively. - Up to Proclaim Technical Level 4 training or equivalent practical experience. - Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar Proclaim development role. - Experience in creating new case types, database fields, and correspondents. - Proficiency in screen design and intelligence. - Familiarity with using maths fields and tests for specific functions. - Experience in workflow maintenance, including linked actions and secure documents. - Advanced report training or practical experience in designing and scheduling reports. - Understanding and executing SQL queries. - Experience designing and using auto routines and import/export routines. - Task server configuration, scheduling, and troubleshooting skills. - Familiarity with Proclaim v3.5 features. - Experience designing and executing Macros. - Knowledge of Proclaim Accounts system and Sage accounting software. - Experience in Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Medical Agency, and Costs Case types. - Knowledge of SQL or similar database languages and web interfacing languages like ASP and PHP. - HTML knowledge and understanding of web services. - Knowledge of Proclaim MI Warehouse and A2A integration and maintenance. - Experience creating and maintaining Proclaim Secure Docs. - Practical knowledge of Windows-based networks including Active Directory and Exchange.
