Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and managing data.
- Demonstrable experience with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with data from multiple, disparate sources.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models in Power BI.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Integrate data from multiple sources into the firm’s SQL data warehouse.
- Ensure data integrity, governance, and security are maintained in all solutions.
- Support the firm’s strategic initiatives by providing high-quality analytics and visualizations.
