Requirements
Must:
- I require strong knowledge of Windows Client operating systems.
- I expect familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange.
- An understanding of networking principles (DNS, DHCP, VPNs) is essential.
- Experience with legal IT systems, such as case/document management, billing, and dictation tools, is highly desirable.
- Mobile device management experience (e.g., Intune, MobileIron) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, with the ability to support staff at all levels.
- A high level of confidentiality and the ability to work under pressure are crucial.
Responsibilities
- I need you to act as an escalation point for technical issues that remain unresolved by 1st Line support.
- You will troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
- Support for remote and hybrid working setups, VPNs, and secure access will be part of your role.
- I expect you to provide assistance with legal applications, including case management, document management, and time-recording systems (such as iManage, Proclaim, Elite 3E).
- You will administer user permissions on Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Supporting security tools, including MFA, DLP, and encryption solutions in line with GDPR and SRA requirements, is part of the job.
- I want you to assist in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and business continuity testing.
