Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a candidate experienced with the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and ideally with CPQ experience.
- Proven experience in IT application support and end-user training is essential.
- Certification as a Salesforce Administrator (CTA) is required.
- Knowledge of Apex, including batch classes, triggers, and CPQ logic is desirable.
- Exposure to working with CPQ bundles and pricing/quote templates is a plus but not essential.
- Some experience working with SQL, SOSL, and SOQL, with the ability to perform data extraction and transformation commands is preferred but not necessary.
- Previous experience with middleware integration tools such as MuleSoft is preferred.
- Candidates should be well-versed in Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
- Familiarity with data integrity and governance process management is important.
Responsibilities
- I will need you to provide ongoing technical support to internal end-users across the group while formalizing training workshop sessions to train focus groups on the rollout of new system features and functions.
- You will be responsible for responding to tickets raised in the system and ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLA timescales.
- You should be capable of utilizing Gearset and Git for version control and deployments.
- Staying updated on Salesforce system enhancements and trends will be important, as well as identifying areas for process improvements through upgrades to the latest versions.
- You will provide technical mentorship to junior Salesforce professionals.
- Supporting the Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect with CPQ and Apex related configuration, integration, and optimization tasks will be a key part of your role.

This position offers the flexibility of hybrid or remote work, although locally based candidates may need to occasionally visit the Lincoln or London offices. In return, we are pleased to offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a performance-based bonus of up to 5% per annum. Our generous benefits package includes 38 days of annual holiday (including bank holidays), sick pay, a life insurance scheme, and more!
