Controls Software Integration Developer

In return for your contributions, you can expect a generous starting salary of up to £55,000, alongside a non-contractual annual bonus scheme, private healthcare scheme, flexible working options, and paid overtime. There are genuine opportunities for progression within our rapidly evolving software development team. This is a full-time, office-based role with occasional opportunities to attend client sites for expert software integration support during the system commissioning phase. Once settled in the role, you will have the chance to exercise a hybrid working option after 6-12 months. Due to the nature of our global client base, we do ask that the successful candidate prepares for weekly ‘out of hours’ overtime, which is compensated at a rate of £200 per shift. Completing up to five overtime shifts per month can earn you an additional £1,400 beyond your basic monthly wage. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and we look forward to welcoming the right candidate to our team.
