Requirements
Must:
- I need a candidate who can manage multiple development projects, with 10 or more in progress at various stages.
- The ideal applicant will have proven experience in a software development environment.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is essential.
- I seek someone with experience using MS TFS / DevOps Server as the primary project management tool.
- A strong technical understanding is required, preferably with a background in development, QA, or as a business analyst.
- Experience in .Net and/or C++ based development projects is highly desirable.
- All applicants must be free to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- As a Development Manager, I will expect you to lead a cross-functional team working on our powerful iPaaS solution.
- You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- I expect you to enhance communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including creative designers, data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying and eliminating impediments to the team’s progress will be a key part of your role.
- You will track and report team velocity and sprint/release progress to ensure transparency across the organization.
