Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred). You should have at least 5 years of experience in IT applications, with a minimum of 2 years in Oracle ERP implementation and support. Functional and technical expertise in financial modules is essential, along with experience in global ERP systems, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud. Strong communication skills, proficiency in SQL, and the ability to perform under pressure are a must. A self-driven mindset focused on continuous improvement is also essential. Additionally, experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Applications, Salesforce knowledge, and familiarity with GDPR compliance will be considered advantageous.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide IT-related support to business users across Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and custom integration platforms within finance, supply chain, and CRM business areas. You will serve as the first-line support to troubleshoot and resolve business application system issues, assist with month-end and period-end closing activities, and drive continuous improvements in business and system processes. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and enforcing system/internal controls for audit compliance, collaborating with global IT teams across time zones, and coordinating with offshore teams for the timely resolution of application issues. Additionally, you will coordinate business testing and approval of system fixes before production deployment, support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollouts in new regions, create and maintain functional/technical documentation, write SQL queries to extract data for basic reports, manage local IT vendors, and own system changes and enhancements.
