Must:
I am seeking a Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Developer with proven functional knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Sales. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with the Power Platform, particularly PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI is essential. Experience with APIs, integrations, and connecting applications is also required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and full project lifecycle experience are preferred. All applicants must be free to work in the UK without restrictions from visas or work permits.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will collaborate with the product owner and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet business specifications, translating user stories into functional and technical solutions. You will design and deploy customizations in Dynamics 365, including creating custom modules, workflows, and reports using PowerAutomate, PowerApps, and PowerBI. Providing tailored technical and functional support to users for Dynamics is also a key responsibility, managing their requests and troubleshooting as necessary while liaising with third-party support partners. You will identify opportunities to enhance Dynamics functionality and drive greater user adoption. Additionally, you will integrate Dynamics with other business applications and third-party tools to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within Dynamics. Training and supporting end-users to maximize their adoption and utilization of Dynamics will be important, along with maintaining comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes. Staying current with best practices and emerging technologies to recommend improvements and optimizations will be part of your mandate.
