Requirements
Must:
- Ability to gain and maintain SC clearance and familiarity with public sector workloads
- Proven experience designing and governing secure ServiceNow environments, including Sovereign 365 or UK-data-resident instances
- Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation
- Expertise in web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services) and familiarity with tools like Excel and Visio
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and lead development teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Responsibilities
- Lead the optimization and expansion of our ServiceNow platform
- Deliver new processes, features, and improvements across various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Manage the design and governance of secure ServiceNow environments
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions
