Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments (Azure and VMware).
- Strong understanding of automation, scripting, and configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Solid grounding in networking, identity, backup, and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across infrastructure layers.
Responsibilities
- Support the deployment, management, and automation of infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or CloudFormation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable application and platform deployments.
- Monitor and optimize cloud consumption, supporting cost visibility and efficiency initiatives.
- Support patching, vulnerability remediation, and security incident response activities to maintain secure environments.
- Assist with the operational management of data platforms, including storage, protection, replication, and automation of data workflows.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Windows and Linux systems, managing updates, performance tuning, and configuration consistency.
