Systems Engineer

You will lead physical and functional integration and verification activities of Communication and Radar systems. Your tasks will include writing functional test procedures at both sub-system and system levels, executing tests in accordance with those procedures, and creating thorough test reports. You may need to liaise with external organizations, such as test facilities and suppliers. Managing test results, including successes and failure management, is critical to progressing towards the required outcomes. You will operate lab RF test equipment, including signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and noise sources, to stimulate and analyze systems. Additionally, you will compile a Verification Compliance Matrix and participate in verification and qualification activities. Supporting meetings with customers and suppliers, including documentation and presentations preparation, will also be part of your role. Maintaining effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and reporting progress while escalating technical issues as necessary are key aspects of your responsibilities. Finally, you will be accountable for delivering your work on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
