Experienced Electrification Services Product Owner

- We require proven experience in EV charging, mobility services, or digital operations, ideally within an eMSP, CPO, or automotive environment. - We require a strong understanding of the public charging ecosystem, roaming hubs, and backend integration with OEM systems. - We require strong understanding of the JLR go-to-market and operational landscape, including markets, CRC, engineering operations. - We require experience managing third-party service providers and technical vendors in a high-availability digital service environment. - We require excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and drive performance improvements. - We require strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across technical and commercial teams. - We require familiarity with customer-facing digital platforms such as apps and portals, and their operational dependencies. - We require knowledge of relevant compliance areas such as GDPR and EV roaming regulations, including AFIR. - We require a customer-first mindset. - We require good understanding of the energy sector, including competitor and market awareness. - We require project management, leadership, and planning skills, along with strong teamwork. - We require excellent written and verbal communication skills. - We require strategic thinking, with the ability to balance short-term pragmatic delivery with a longer-term strategic view. - We prefer knowledge of the global EV charging market, especially public charging, market structures, and the regulatory backdrop. - We prefer experience with CRM, billing, and customer support systems in a service-led environment. - We prefer understanding of the broader EV ecosystem, including smart charging, energy services, and V2G. - We prefer experience scaling digital services across multiple European markets or globally. - We prefer the ability to quickly understand key system concepts and lead subject matter experts in system design and architecture. - We prefer the ability to resolve complex cross-functional and cross-domain systems engineering problems. - We prefer experience operating inside an Agile framework. - We prefer good understanding of the automotive industry, including competitor and market awareness. - We require a degree or relevant equivalent experience.
