Must:

- I possess deep knowledge of asset and configuration management principles and related tooling.
- I have proven experience in financial services environments.
- I demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- I own and evolve the ServiceNow product strategy for Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- I define and maintain the roadmap, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices and enterprise goals.
- I collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and deliver solutions that optimize asset and configuration management processes.
- I evaluate and integrate complementary tools within the broader IT asset and configuration ecosystem.
- I act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities, ensuring effective governance and compliance.
Description
This is a contract position running until 3/06/2026, based in Manchester with a hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week onsite. The rate is up to £613.34 per day, umbrella, inside IR35. All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience. Due to the high number of applications, I will only be able to respond to successful applicants in the first instance.
