Requirements
Must:
We require someone with the following qualifications:
- 4+ years in ServiceNow or Workday integrations
- Strong understanding of APIs, authentication, and enterprise data flows
- Confidence in navigating complex, customer-facing technical environments
- Experience with cloud architectures and connector frameworks
Responsibilities
As our ServiceNow/Workday Subject Matter Expert, you will:
- Lead as the SME for ServiceNow/Workday connector integration
- Guide customers through deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance performance and extensibility
- Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable solutions
- Deliver workshops, create reusable guidance, and support SME escalations
- Provide product insights to inform roadmap discussions
Description
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the next generation of AI-powered self-service for enterprise customers. You will play a key role in real-world AI adoption by driving extensibility, improving product capabilities, and enabling automation at an enterprise scale. You will also work on important projects, including enabling AI-powered self-service agents, integrating ServiceNow and Workday (and optionally SuccessFactors), supporting technical escalations and customer adoption, and influencing product improvements through hands-on customer insights. While itβs beneficial to have exposure to AI platforms or Copilot-style tools, as well as knowledge of SuccessFactors, JIRA, and Confluence, these are not strictly necessary. Prior experience in large-scale enterprise environments will also be advantageous. The contract offers a competitive rate on a PAYE basis for a duration of 12-18 months, with the flexibility of being fully remote but UK-based. We invite you to apply for immediate consideration.
