Requirements
Must:
- Deep experience with Azure (AWS exposure is a plus).
- Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including Terraform, Pulumi, ARM, and Bicep.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and service mesh technologies.
- Solid programming experience in Python, PowerShell, and Bash (bonus languages include C#, Go, and TypeScript).
- Hands-on experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and modern observability stacks.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex projects in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Architect and manage Kubernetes clusters (with Istio service mesh) for security, scalability, and uptime.
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and modern DevOps practices.
- Optimize Azure environments for cost, performance, and resilience.
- Own observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry to reduce detection and response times.
- Build and streamline CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) for faster, safer deployments.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, define technical roadmaps, and deliver strategic initiatives.
