- Manage live tickets and incidents
- Plan monthly work allocations
- Support with DTX and AVFs
- Facilitate team retrospectives
- Hold sessions with engineers to explore improvements
- Manage monthly LSMs
- Conduct weekly meetings with Service Delivery Managers to align releases and monthly live service maintenance
