Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as an IT Systems Trainer
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its applications
- Ability to develop structured learning plans
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning theories
- Experience in training needs analysis and assessments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel across the UK as required
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality training solutions tailored to end users
- Create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define training standards
- Ensure consistency across all learning materials
- Act as a subject-matter expert in Salesforce training
- Conduct training needs analysis and contribute to e-learning development
- Perform training assessments and feedback evaluations
