Must:
We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Subject Matter Expert (SME) who possesses deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 (E3/E5) and Copilot licensing models. You should have experience with Microsoft 365 Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Graph API, along with a strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as DLP and sensitivity labels. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and implement Copilot deployment plans within Microsoft 365 environments, validate compliance and security settings, and configure Microsoft Graph connectors for external data integration. You will also deliver training on prompt engineering and Copilot best practices, drive adoption campaigns, and champion programs to maximize ROI. As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance on Responsible AI principles and privacy considerations.
Description
This position is a contract role for 18 months, and it is fully remote within the UK.
