We are looking for candidates who are fluent in both Italian and English. You should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience deploying, configuring, and administering security solutions, specifically MDE/MDO/MCAS/MDI/M365 Defender within large organizations with over 1,000 managed devices/users. Ideal candidates will hold a two-year degree or possess equivalent work experience, as well as have at least 3 years of customer support and/or security experience. You should be comfortable communicating effectively with corporate customers and have a solid understanding of the onboarding process for Microsoft Defender solutions.

Responsibilities
You will execute, manage, and lead a set of Microsoft Defender customers and partners through the onboarding technical process. It will be your responsibility to maintain strong working knowledge of our services, take ownership of service improvements, and manage onboarding programs efficiently to enhance effectiveness and reduce costs. You’ll share knowledge through solution documents, contribute to social media, and engage in technical communities. Your role further includes identifying and driving technical improvements to enhance service quality, delivering training and mentorship, and monitoring the technical performance of your team while enhancing customer satisfaction.
