We are seeking an M365 Security & AI Specialist who possesses strong, hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas, with exposure to the others:
- Purview, including Information Protection, DLP, Insider Risk, eDiscovery, Data Lifecycle, and compliance tooling.
- Copilot for 365, with a focus on readiness, licensing, data access and governance, permissions, and safe AI usage.
- Defender, covering mail, endpoint, identity, cloud apps, and XDR.
You should have a solid understanding of E3/E5 security, compliance, and governance capabilities within the 365 environment, along with a proven track record in delivering enterprise-scale security, compliance, or AI projects. Excellent stakeholder skills are essential, enabling you to effectively communicate with security teams, compliance officers, IT leadership, and business owners.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design and deliver security, compliance, and AI solutions across Purview, Copilot, and Defender in complex 365 environments.
- Configure and optimize policies and controls, including DLP, sensitivity labels, insider risk, threat protection, and access controls.
- Implement and tune connectors and integrations, such as Graph-style connectors and selected third-party tools.
- Conduct workshops, training, and clinics for security, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders, including safe Copilot usage and effective prompting.
- Lead adoption and change activities, including champion programs, communications, and best-practice guidance, to maximize value from E3/E5 security and AI capabilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on responsible AI, data protection, and security-by-design in accordance with regulatory and industry expectations.
Description
We value experience working with FastTrack-style programs, partners, or large 365 rollouts, as well as a background in AI adoption and change management, particularly in regulated or security-sensitive environments. Familiarity with the Power Platform, security portals/XDR consoles, Graph APIs, and third-party integrations is desirable. Additional European language skills are a bonus. In this role, you will help major organizations protect sensitive data and identities using Purview and Defender controls. You will enable safe, governed Copilot adoption to unlock AI-driven productivity and turn their 365 security and AI investments into tangible, measurable business outcomes.
