Requirements
Must:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Solutions Architect with the following essential experience:
- Proven track record in designing and scaling AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
- Deep understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, model governance, and risk-based assurance.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, Google Vertex, and open-source AI/ML stacks.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and their implementation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.
In addition, we value:
- Direct authorship of solution design documentation.
- Experience defining architectural guardrails and technical standards.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions hands-on, not just in a managerial capacity.
- Comfort operating as a “doer” — rolling up sleeves and contributing technically.
Responsibilities
As a Lead AI Solutions Architect, I will:
- Architect and lead the delivery of enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOMs) for AI adoption.
- Ensure compliance with government standards, data protection, and ethical AI principles.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align AI strategy with business goals.
- Contribute to reusable architecture patterns and internal capability uplift.
- Provide technical assurance and mentoring across multidisciplinary teams.
