Responsibilities
As our IT Support Engineer, you will:
- Handle device refresh and builds, including Win10/11 imaging (Intune/SCCM), secure device wipes, kit configuration, and user handover
- Provide build-completion updates to the Deployment Manager, update the Asset Management Database (AMDB), and maintain accurate asset and stock control
- Manage tickets and queues with SLA updates, perform hardware triage and break-fix for HP and Dell devices, and provide support for Active Directory and M365
Description
We are hiring 2 SC-cleared IT Support Engineers for on-site work in Bristol. This is a 3-month rolling contract with an hourly rate of £18.87 and is classified as inside IR35. We seek candidates who can start immediately for short-term engagements. While experience with ServiceNow/Remedy, basic networking, and VIP support is nice to have, it is not essential.
