Field Engineer / Desktop Support Engineer

- I will require you to undertake advanced diagnostics, repairs, and replacements for PCs, laptops, printers, servers, and related network support. - You will complete customer rebuilds and configurations at their desks. - Assisting other engineers in delivering service to our customers will be part of your role. - You must cover site roles when required due to planned or unplanned absences. - Achieving dynamic KPI targets set for your role is essential. - You will communicate with our Call Administration teams and the Field Delivery Manager to effectively manage call details in real-time and understand customer SLA requirements. - You will utilize a mobile device to check and update allocated calls promptly to achieve required commit times. - You should carry out IMAC projects with minimal supervision and lead as necessary. - Embracing new technologies and maintaining the skills required to meet our standards will be crucial. - Youll participate in a 24/7 coverage rota and may need to work overtime when required. - Mentoring other engineers and ensuring compliance with management system policies and health & safety guidelines are also important parts of your role. - You will maintain company assets in good working order and familiarize yourself with customer policies and processes.
