Requirements
Must:
- Strong, demonstrable experience in managed services, cloud hosting, and IT service management.
- Expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL frameworks and the service lifecycle.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Must be eligible for SC (Security Check) Vetting.
- Willingness to work a 4-on, 5-off shift pattern (07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00 shifts).
Responsibilities
As the Cloud Hosting Technology Lead, you will be pivotal in managing and delivering reliable, scalable cloud hosting and technology services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining and implementing service strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Owning incident, problem, and change management processes to ensure service stability.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to meet service expectations and SLAs.
- Driving continuous improvement and managing risk assessments for cloud operations.
- Providing strong leadership and guidance to technical teams.
- Ensuring strict compliance with security standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Description
This is a contract opportunity based in Wokingham, fully onsite, with a duration of 6 months. The rate is approximately £250/day (Umbrella PAYE). We look forward to receiving your application with your most updated CV and proof of SC Clearance eligibility.
