Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with Robotic Process Automation or similar automation technologies in a NHS environment
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on NHS projects/programmes
- Strong process analysis and documentation skills
- Experience developing business cases or benefits assessments
- Ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, including clinical and non-clinical teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess value and challenge assumptions
Responsibilities
- Analyse and assess requests within the Trusts RPA pipeline
- Work with clinical, operational and corporate teams to understand current processes and identify automation opportunities
- Produce clear Process Design Documentation (PDD) to support RPA development
- Quantify and articulate the value of automation opportunities, including cost savings and cost avoidance, staff time released, operational efficiency improvements, and potential clinical or patient safety benefits
- Support prioritisation decisions where demand exceeds available development capacity
- Proactively identify high-value automation opportunities, including in areas where requests have not yet been raised
- Act as a link between service areas and RPA developers, ensuring requirements are clear, agreed and well documented
Description
We are a consultancy supporting a large NHS Trust in Buckinghamshire and are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting the growing demand for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within the Trust. We offer hybrid working arrangements and the role is contracted until April 2026.
