Requirements
Must:
- Strong technical background in designing solutions for B2B SaaS platforms.
- Proven experience in solution design across identity, API integrations, and data provisioning.
- Working knowledge of platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable technical plans.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, consultants, and commercial stakeholders.
- Delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance ideal solutions against client and timeline constraints.
- Familiarity with IAM, SSO, or system integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution design and technical deployment for new implementations.
- Engage directly with clients to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
- Define architecture, data flows, authentication methods, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and consultants to ensure practical and technically sound delivery.
- Produce solution documentation, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and design input.
- Advocate best practices in integration, identity management, and data architecture.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of solution design processes.
