Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for an experienced Agile Transformation Lead who has a strong track record in delivering transformation projects.
- You must have knowledge of both traditional and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Being Agile Certified is essential, along with robust knowledge of Agile methodologies and Kanban.
- Familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, LeSS, and XP is an advantage.
- DV Clearance is required.
Responsibilities
- I expect you to help teams improve their ways of working towards delivering better value sooner, safer, and happier by adopting various coaching, facilitation, and delivery approaches.
- You will lead and guide cross-functional teams in embracing Agile principles and practices while promoting a culture of collaboration and transparency.
- Facilitating team self-organisation and delivery events as needed will be part of your duties.
- Working with executive and portfolio level teams to influence leaders and create flow in enterprise-wide processes such as portfolio management and risk and control will also be essential.
- You will identify and address barriers or challenges to delivery, collaborating with teams to overcome obstacles and drive continuous improvement.
- Bringing back learnings on how teams are innovating and sharing these insights with other teams and clients through the wider practice is vital.
- I want you to work within diverse teams to foster an inclusive team culture where everyone is recognized for their contributions to collective goals.
