Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with a strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and architecture, along with experience in modules such as ITSM, IRM, CSM, HRSD, and PPM. Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server) is essential. Familiarity with Agile delivery, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git) is also required, as well as an understanding of ServiceNow security models and testing processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions while advising on best practices and platform capabilities. Collaborating with clients to refine complex requirements is a key aspect of the position, and I will maintain high standards in code, documentation, and design.
