- I have deep hands-on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, and CloudFormation.
- I have experience with Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, DevOps, and modern cloud-native patterns.
- I possess strong knowledge of cloud security, including IAM, encryption, network security, monitoring, and compliance.
- I can communicate complex technical ideas simply and clearly.
- I have a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive architectural decisions.
- I meet the eligibility requirements for Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities
- I will design secure, scalable, resilient cloud architectures across AWS/Azure/GCP.
- I will lead cloud migration, optimization, and modernization initiatives end-to-end.
- I will translate business and technical requirements into reference architectures, High-Level Designs (HLDs), Detailed Designs (LLDs), and standards.
- I will review current-state cloud environments and drive improvements in security, performance, and cost.
- I will provide architectural oversight across multiple delivery squads and engineering teams.
- I will ensure all cloud solutions align with governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
- I will stay ahead of cloud trends and advise on emerging technologies and patterns.

We are a large-scale digital transformation program seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Architect to lead end-to-end cloud design across complex, secure, and highly technical environments. This role is at the center of a major modernization initiative, where you will shape cloud strategy, drive architectural standards, and influence technical delivery across multiple workstreams. If you enjoy owning cloud architecture at scale—balancing hands-on depth with senior-level architectural leadership—this is a standout contract opportunity. Contract Details: - £750 - £850 Per Day - Inside IR35 - 6 Months + - Hybrid Working - Flexible (Multiple Locations) Desirable: - Experience with identity platforms, access control, or automated compliance tooling. - Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, GCP equivalent). - A degree or relevant technical background.
