- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Proven track record of successful Salesforce projects.
- Strong understanding of web development concepts and languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our clients.
- Configure Salesforce to integrate with other systems.
- Lead the development team and mentor junior developers.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
- Collaborate with other senior developers and team members to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Keep up-to-date with new Salesforce features and best practices.
Description
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who will lead the development of custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will be responsible for writing Apex code, creating Visualforce pages, and implementing integrations. You should have a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven ability to lead successful projects. You will also have the opportunity to mentor and lead our development team, troubleshoot, and provide technical support to our clients.
