Must:
We require experienced developers with a strong coding background in Python. Proficiency in Linux, Shell Scripting, and GitHub is essential. Familiarity with Agile practices and coding best practices is also necessary. We expect knowledge of CI/CD processes, particularly with Jenkins. Additionally, experience with messaging products such as MQ and ACE is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As a Python Automation Engineer/Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation scripts, ensuring the stability of the applications, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. You will work closely with the team to navigate and resolve ambiguities in technical requirements. Clear communication of technical aspects to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be a key part of your role.
Description
We are located in Sheffield or Birmingham and require a flexible work model, mandating three days a week in the office. The position offers a daily rate of £500, available through umbrella companies only. We are looking for candidates who are not only technically proficient but also excel in communication and adaptability within our dynamic environment.
