Requirements
Must:
- Must have an Active DV Clearance
- Proven experience managing change control and information management processes within large or secure programmes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess the impact of change on scope, cost, and schedule.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation management skills.
- Proficient in Excel and SharePoint, with the ability to handle data and reporting efficiently.
- Adaptable, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in evolving environments.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain robust change control processes and governance frameworks.
- Receive, log, and track change requests, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure all changes are properly reviewed and approved.
- Facilitate change control board meetings, prepare data for decision-making, and communicate updates to management and project teams.
- Support wider PMO responsibilities by ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and consistent reporting across programmes.
