Requirements
Must:
- Must have a valid DV Clearance
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Mail protocols, MTA, and SMTP
- Strong understanding of Border Sync
- Expertise in Directory Services
- Experience with Web technologies such as IIS and Apache
- Proven ability to build and configure servers from the ground up
- Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Deep knowledge of DNS and PKI (Certificates, TLS)
- Hands-on experience with VMWare
- Proficiency with Automation tools including DevOps tooling, Ansible, GIT, and YAML
- Strong PowerShell scripting capability
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of delivering technical work packages from design through to prototyping and production
- Troubleshoot, solve problems, and script repeatable unit tests to ensure robust functionality, including edge cases
- Support deployments through user piloting and early life support phases
- Create and maintain accurate documentation to assist operational support teams and end users
- Drive ongoing improvements and changes to meet evolving technical and business requirements
- Work closely with agile teams, sharing challenges and contributing to continuous improvement
