Requirements
Must:
- SQL & Python experience focused on querying large datasets
- Background in translating data into commercially focused insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable influencing at multiple levels
- Experience in a technical, analytics-focused role
- Experience delivering value through personalisation such as predictive analysis and segmentation
- Data build tool (DBT) desirable
- Experience building dashboards in visualisation tools such as Tableau desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead analytics projects that support strategic Product and Marketing plans
- Develop customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies
- Build and deploy segmentation models and predictive models to better understand customer behaviour
- Translate complex analysis into clear, engaging narratives that inspire action
- Manage partners across Product and Marketing, aligning analytical outputs to business priorities
- Identify opportunities where data can unlock commercial value
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring, and promoting best practice in analytics
