As a Senior Data Analyst for Business Reporting at Exemplar Health Care, we are looking for individuals who identify with our core values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and evolving our core business reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring key business reports are issued on time and maintain a high level of accuracy. You will take a lead role in designated analyses, supported by a Data Analyst and guided by the Head of Analysis. You will act as a business expert on topics related to Microsoft Excel and develop a strong understanding of key business reports, their purposes, audiences, and functionalities. Using this knowledge, you will enhance, update, and redesign reports to better serve business needs. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Head of Analysis and the wider Analysis Team to migrate legacy Excel reporting into Power BI, ensuring that calculations and KPIs remain consistent.
