Requirements
Must:
- A curious and imaginative person who enjoys exploring new technology.
- Able to explain AI concepts in a friendly, easy-to-understand way.
- A problem solver who enjoys improving processes and supporting others.
- Interest in how modern AI tools, such as chatbots or language-based assistants, can improve business efficiency.

- Intermediate Python proficiency.
- Database administration experience.
- Intermediate SQL querying skills.
- Foundational API understanding.
- AI experience of at least 1 year (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Work directly with IT Lead on researching and implementing cutting-edge AI.
- Look for opportunities where AI can make work easier or improve operations.
- Help design and introduce simple AI-powered solutions that support real business needs.
- Work with different departments to understand their challenges and demonstrate how AI can help.
- Keep up to date with the latest AI trends and bring fresh ideas into the business.
- Support the rollout of new AI-based initiatives and help colleagues learn how to use them confidently.
