Requirements
Must:
- Practical experience designing and delivering AI or automation solutions in organisations
- Strong understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and automation delivery
- Experience with low or no-code automation tools and AI assistants
- Confidence supporting non-technical learners in real workplace contexts
- Ability to explain governance, ethics, and risk in clear, accessible terms
- Comfortable assessing learner evidence and giving constructive feedback
- Tutoring, coaching, or training experience is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
- Tutor and support learners over a 12-month programme
- Help learners understand responsible, ethical, and lawful use of AI and automation
- Analyse and map business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Assess automation viability, value, and workforce impact
- Design user-centred workflows that augment human work
- Build low or no-code automations using approved tools
- Test, iterate, and improve solutions based on feedback
- Communicate progress and support stakeholder adoption
- Create documentation and training for non-technical users
- Measure productivity, efficiency, and business impact
- Apply governance, assurance, and long-term monitoring practices
- Prepare for final assessment and demonstrate occupational competence
- Facilitate workshops and guide workplace projects
- Review evidence and support learners to complete a final integrated automation project
Description
We are looking for an AI Automation Tutor to deliver a structured, employer-led programme that builds real in-house automation capability. Our focus is on guiding learners through the full lifecycle of AI and automation adoption, ensuring that delivery is practical, workplace-embedded, and aligned to real organisational needs. By joining us, you will work on live organisational challenges through flexible delivery models, with the opportunity to shape future AI and automation capability at scale. This is a part-time remote position with the added benefit of working from home.
