Requirements
Must:
- Strong Windows Server engineering background
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience (Terraform, Packer, Ansible or similar)
- Automation & scripting (PowerShell heavily implied)
- Experience building automated OS images
- CI/CD pipeline integration (GitHub pipelines, pull request workflows)
- Knowledge of security & compliance
- Experience working with enterprise security baselines
- Background in regulated environments
- Ability to guide teams adopting automation and IaC
Responsibilities
- Engineer automated, hardened Windows OS images and infrastructure
- Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines within the cloud platform
- Implement automation and scripting solutions
- Build automated OS images
- Integrate CI/CD pipeline processes
- Ensure security and compliance with enterprise standards
- Collaborate with teams to promote the adoption of automation and IaC
Description
We are Exalto Consulting, currently seeking a contract Windows Platform Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role based in Leeds, offering a competitive pay rate of £500 per day inside IR35.
