Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a Service Management Specialist with active SC clearance and who is a sole British national, eligible for DV. You must have strong experience administering Jira Service Management, Jira Software, and Confluence, along with a solid understanding of ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request. Knowledge of automation, integrations, and REST APIs, as well as experience building dashboards and using JQL, is essential. Desirable qualifications include an Atlassian certification, ITIL 4, or scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
Responsibilities
You will configure and manage Jira Service Management workflows, automations, and assets (Insight). Creating and supporting Jira Software projects, boards, and reports for Agile teams will be part of your role. You will also maintain a Confluence Knowledge Base for documentation and self-service, develop dashboards and reports using JQL for SLAs and performance metrics, and manage user roles and permissions via Crowd/Atlassian Access.
Description
This is a 6-month contract position located on-site in Wiltshire, offering a rate of up to £570 per day (Inside IR35). Please note that BPSS checks are required prior to starting, and candidates must return documentation within 48 hours of receiving an offer.
