Requirements
Must:
- Hands on experience building CI CD pipelines with modern automation tooling
- Delivered automated testing frameworks and embedded quality engineering practices
- Designed and implemented microservices, containerised systems, and event-driven architectures
- Strong understanding of cloud native development and modern API patterns
- Built and deployed production machine learning models, with experience in MLOps and AI engineering
- Experience enabling engineering teams to adopt AI assisted coding and testing tools
- Background in enterprise software or ERP platform development
Responsibilities
- Establish engineering excellence across the organisation
- Drive modern software development practices and lead architectural direction
- Own the AI strategy for the next generation ERP platform
- Provide technical authority to raise engineering standards and modernise the platform
- Collaborate with Development Manager, Team Lead, and domain specialists
- Influence product direction and shape the technical future of the ERP system
- Evolve the software engineering culture within the organisation
Description
We are a leading software provider seeking a Senior Technology Leader to enhance our engineering capabilities. This position is remote within the UK, with occasional global travel, offering a competitive salary of up to £140k, a £10k car allowance, and a 25% bonus. Our ideal candidate will have deep hands-on engineering expertise and a passion for driving modern engineering practices, enabling us to embed AI capabilities into our product suite.
