Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in IT solutions architecture leadership.
- Expertise in enterprise-level infrastructure, cloud technologies, and systems integration.
- In-depth knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, UML) and best practices.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to translate business functionality into robust applications and infrastructure.
- Degree in an ICT-related field or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications in architecture or cloud technologies are desirable.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Solutions Architects, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Design, document, and oversee complex architecture solutions across infrastructure, applications, and business processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost evaluations to inform strategic IT initiatives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
- Horizon scan for emerging technologies, recommending and integrating them into future-ready strategies.
- Oversee project budgets and ensure compliance with technical standards, security protocols, and best practices.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with organizational and industry goals.
