Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in modern Angular frameworks, component architecture, and state management
- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming, API development, and backend services with Node.js
- Practical experience implementing Infrastructure as Code for cloud provisioning and environment automation using Terraform
- Experience designing and managing scalable cloud environments (Azure preferred)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins
- Strong Git workflows and branching strategies
- Comfortable working with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Strong experience delivering production-grade web applications and backend services
- Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams
- Confidence in contributing to technical decision-making and solution design
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Structured approach to problem solving, system reliability, and operational resilience
- Active UK Security Clearance (SC), valid and transferable
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js
- Build and maintain modern Angular applications with well-structured component architecture and state management
- Support the integration of large application components within wider web ecosystems
- Contribute to technical design discussions and translate requirements into practical, maintainable solutions
- Work with cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Support reliable deployment through CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Participate in Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders across distributed teams
- Contribute to incident response, change management, and system reliability improvements
- Support knowledge sharing and good engineering practice across the team

We are looking for a Senior Front End Engineer to join our multidisciplinary engineering team. This role offers the flexibility of primary remote work with occasional travel to London for collaboration and project activities.
