Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience as an SAP ECC consultant in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong grasp of end-to-end operational processes from UK operations
- Curiosity and attention to detail regarding how systems and data support processes and controls
- Familiarity with SAP (e.g., ECC/EHP, testing tools, data flows) is helpful but not mandatory
- Experience leading business testing, change impact assessment, cutover, and hypercare in ERP or similar transformations
- Awareness of validation, quality, and audit requirements
- Ability to embed controls in testing and change
- Demonstrable experience in business change, testing leadership, or ERP change initiatives
- Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business processes
- Lead testing efforts for SAP ECC transformation projects
- Conduct change impact assessments and oversee cutover activities
- Provide hypercare support during the transition phase
- Ensure compliance with validation, quality, and audit requirements
- Identify and implement control measures in the testing process
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for business processes
Description
We are Exalto Consulting, currently seeking an SAP ECC Consultant for a hybrid role in Cheshire. This 6-month contract position is outside IR35 and requires working on-site three days a week. We value expertise and a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sector, as well as a proactive mindset towards system functionalities and improvements.
