Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience working with RAML, DataWeave, and MuleSoft connectors
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, JSON, and XML
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git
- Good knowledge of integration patterns and messaging protocols (JMS, AMQP)
- Strong problem-solving approach and analytical capability
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning
- Experience in enterprise or regulated environments is beneficial
- MuleSoft Developer Certification is preferred
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated sectors is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deliver APIs and integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform
- Create and maintain RAML specifications and RESTful APIs
- Use DataWeave for data mapping and transformation
- Configure and manage MuleSoft connectors for a range of enterprise systems
- Deliver secure, scalable integrations aligned with established engineering and governance standards
- Work with messaging technologies such as JMS and AMQP
- Partner with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to turn business needs into technical solutions
- Support CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Diagnose integration issues and optimise performance
- Contribute to DevOps and release processes within defined governance frameworks
Description
At Exalto Consulting, we are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer to join our collaborative team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work within a regulated enterprise environment, delivering high-quality integration solutions. Your work will directly improve how systems communicate and ensure reliable data flow across our organisation. This urgent contract role has an initial length of 6 months, with a strong focus on governance and engineering practices.
