Requirements
Must:
- Experience working with AI systems, machine learning models, or related technologies using Microsoft AI tools and Azure.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Experience in Microsoft Azure as well as Microsoft AI tools (Copilot) is a must.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Understanding of system architecture and hardware requirements for AI systems.
- Knowledge of data pre-processing and management tools is desirable.

Responsibilities
- Drive and expand our product offerings and process efficiencies through the use of AI.
- Assist with the development, deployment, and maintenance of AI touch points.
- Focus on the strategic direction and implementation of AI within the organization.
- Work closely with technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure the proper functioning of AI systems.
- Support hardware setups and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Utilize good communication and people skills to collaborate effectively.
Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Lead AI Developer for a hybrid working role, where you will spend 2 days a week onsite at our client's office in Crewe. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about AI technology, as you will be instrumental in speeding up processes and enabling AI to be a game changer for our business.
