Requirements
Must:
- SC Clearance required
- Proven experience in IT service design and service management
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience in Defence or similar sectors is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the Defence programme in enhancing IT service delivery
- Design and implement service management frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and improvements
- Develop service design documentation and process mappings
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics
Description
We are a leading consultancy seeking an IT Service Design / Service Management Consultant to join our Defence programme. This role offers a competitive rate of £500+ per day for an initial duration of 5 weeks, with the potential for extension. The position is primarily remote with occasional travel to Bristol.
