- Lead and manage engineering teams covering application development, quality assurance, and software engineering.
- Provide technical oversight across modern and legacy technology stacks to ensure effective delivery and integration.
- Mentor, coach, and develop staff to achieve high performance, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts with diplomacy.
- Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to deliver software and third-party solutions seamlessly.
- Build and nurture a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within engineering and delivery teams.
- Recruit and establish engineering teams, driving growth and capability development for the organisation.
Description
We are a forward-thinking organisation located in West Yorkshire, seeking an experienced technology leader to take ownership of engineering delivery across a diverse technology landscape. This hybrid role allows for 2 days per week onsite and offers a competitive salary of up to £110,000 with a cash allowance, generous bonuses, and benefits.
