Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience building REST API integrations (typically 5 years)
- Hands-on experience with Workato, PowerApps, or similar integration/low-code platforms
- Good understanding of HTTP protocols and system-to-system communication
- Experience working with SFTP or file-based integration workflows
- Solid understanding of data structures and database principles
- Exposure to Azure Databricks or Data Lake environments would be beneficial
Responsibilities
- Building and supporting REST API integrations between systems
- Migrating existing integrations onto a modern low-code platform (e.g. Workato or similar)
- Working across both real-time (API) and file-based (SFTP/MFT) integration workflows
- Collaborating with engineering and data teams to ensure integrations are robust and well-aligned
- Troubleshooting and improving existing integrations to ensure reliability and performance
Description
We are Exalto Consulting, currently working with a client on a large-scale integration migration programme. We are looking for experienced API Integration Developers to modernise system integration and data flow across the organisation. This role is remote and is expected to last between 9-12 months. Our team values hands-on, delivery-focused individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, particularly across API-led and file-based integrations.
